Why are you charging my card?

Who are you?

We're Portal Labs, LLC, a web development and online services provider based near Greensboro, NC. We've been in business since 2006 and provide services to thousands of people online.

Why are you charging us?

This is either a recurring charge for DPD, our Digital Product Delivery service or a one-time charge for contract development work or specific products.

Doesn’t ring a bell?

If the names DPD and Portal Labs don't ring a bell, you may want to ask around the office. 99% of the time someone else at your company signed up for DPD or contracted with us to do some web development work.

Can we get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. If the charge is for DPD you can log into your account, click the Account link in the header, and vist your billing history page by clicking the Billing link in the right column.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time. Just log into DPD, click the “Account” link in the header, and click on the Billing link. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

Can we get a refund?

Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you'll never be charged again. We don’t have long-term contracts, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you’re done.
